Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent food, perfect location, spacious and trendy rooms, beautiful oasis

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The location just off Piazza Navona was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet surrounded by excellent restaurants. Plus, all the nearest tourist sites were within walking distance. It was so convenient to explore this city!

Charming hotel with excellent location, luxury amenities, and fabulous rooftop views. Perfect service with friendly staff who met all our needs and provided excellent breakfast. Gaesparo and Rita were particularly helpful in arranging Vatican tour tickets.

Having visited this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed with the luxurious amenities provided in my room. the in-room breakfast was a standout feature that made my stay feel exclusive. the service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. the private facilities, such as the sauna and Jacuzzi, were clean and well-maintained.

One minor issue was the limited options for special diet menus at the hotel restaurant. the location advantages made up for it as it was nestled in a prime area near several fantastic restaurants.

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The rooftop terrace, overlooking the city's domes and spires, was amazing. The staff were really nice too make our stay nice, even upgrading our room for my mother's 80th birthday. The location was perfect for exploring all the major sites, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for its elegance, sustainability, and really good service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a good experience.

Our stay at the Raphael was excellent. When we arrived, our room was ready early and the reception staff were kind and cute, offering us tea and cookies. We were even upgraded to a higher superior suite which was really good. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were efficient and polite. Every moment of our 4-day stay was enjoyable at the Raphael. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The walls in the bedrooms are very thin, which can be bothersome as you may hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel staff were attentive, making us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. The bellman even recognized us from a previous visit and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. The rooms were clean and spacious, with lovely bathrooms. The rooftop restaurant offered a amazing view, and although we didn't dine there, we enjoyed a drink and the ambiance.
